As a deburrer, you ensure that a wide range of products made from different materials are machined to perfection, meeting the required tolerances and surface roughness. You independently determine which deburrer wheel and machining method best suits the material and the product specifications. You read technical drawings accurately and translate these into the correct machining approach. In doing so, you monitor the quality of the end product and ensure that everything is produced to specification. You will also actively contribute ideas on optimising deburrer processes and document working methods, so that repeat orders can be carried out efficiently and consistently.
You will work independently, but you will also be part of a close-knit team where craftsmanship and collaboration are key.

The terms of employment are also excellent. You will be offered a contract with HTM Precision straight away, with the prospect of a permanent position, a salary commensurate with your age and experience, travel allowance and a good pension scheme through PMT.
