As Operations Manager at HTM MMI in Venray, you will play a key role in the success of the site. You will link strategy with operations and ensure that people, processes and results are optimally aligned.

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Venray site. You will ensure that production, planning, quality, finance and customer commitments run smoothly and are properly coordinated. At the same time, you will play an active part in the growth and development of the organisation.
You will lead teams, monitor the progress of projects and ensure that objectives are met. In doing so, you will report directly to the board and form part of the Management Team at HTM Technologies. You will contribute to the strategic direction and translate this into concrete actions on the shop floor.
In addition to operational management, you are also responsible for team development, collaboration and creating a strong, results-oriented culture within the branch.
