As a CNC Milling Operator, you will be working on high-quality and technically challenging components in medium-sized production runs. You will be responsible for setting up, programming and optimising machining operations on modern CNC milling machines.
You will work independently using technical drawings and ensure that every product meets the specified quality requirements. During the process, you will continuously check dimensions using measuring tools and make adjustments where necessary. In addition, you will actively contribute ideas for process improvements and ensure efficient and stable production.
No two days are the same: you’ll switch between setting up new programmes, optimising existing processes and contributing ideas for technical improvements.
