As an Assembly Operator, you will carry out precision assembly work on a wide range of products. You will assemble parts ranging from small, delicate components to larger, pallet-sized structures. You will mainly work on small batches, where accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
You will use various assembly techniques such as riveting, gluing and creating mechanical joints. Using technical drawings and work instructions, you will ensure that each product is assembled correctly. You will carefully check your own work and adhere to strict quality and safety guidelines.
Together with your colleagues, you ensure that every product meets the high standards of the aerospace and defence industries.

You will be offered a contract with HTM Aerotec straight away, with the prospect of a permanent position, a salary commensurate with your age and experience, travel allowance and a good pension scheme through PMT.
