In this role, you will be constantly switching between programming, machine set-up and production. You will translate technical drawings into smart and efficient CNC programmes and ensure that these are executed perfectly on the milling machines, including a modern Hermle machine.
You will set up machines, programme operations using CAM software and monitor the entire production process. In doing so, you will carefully check the dimensions and quality of the products and make adjustments where necessary. Together with your colleagues in the workshop, you will work towards a smooth and high-quality production process.
In addition, you will actively contribute ideas for better machining strategies and process optimisations.

You will be offered a contract with HTM UMI straight away, with the prospect of a permanent position, a salary commensurate with your age and experience, travel allowance and a good pension scheme through PMT.
