HTM Technologies traces its roots back to 1887, when a factory for house and stove smithy was founded in Amsterdam. What began as traditional craftsmanship grew step by step into a strong industrial foundation built on precision, reliability, and technical expertise. Over the decades, this long standing focus on quality and innovation shaped the company into a trusted manufacturing partner for industries where accuracy, consistency, and performance are essential.
By 2000, the organization had taken important steps toward becoming a modern high tech manufacturing specialist. A key milestone was the merger of Van den Akker and PSM under one owner, combining sheet metal and machining expertise into one stronger industrial base. Around the same period, the company expanded further into electro mechanical assemblies, while investments in technology, production capacity, and process optimization accelerated. This period marked the shift toward advanced manufacturing solutions for increasingly complex customer demands.
